Non-architectural detail: Disaster plan

Almost every article I read about emergency preparation included a section about forming a 'disaster plan.'  We need to collect phone numbers, identify meeting places, plan B meeting places, and things like that.  Here are various forms that will help with that:

• Small contact card from The Red Cross
• Canada's website for making an emergency plan
• More emergency plans from a webstore devoted to emergencies

I plan to print out a comprehensive plan and keep it in a binder at home.  And create a note on my phone with the basic contact information.  There were a lot of emergency apps in iTunes, but I don't think I'll need more information than a note.
