Shopping: TV measurements

Thinking about yesterday's post, I thought about drawing a chart to show the relation between a television's diagonal measurement versus its width.  Since, when tvs are usually described, only the diagonal dimension is mentioned.  But when planning out a living room, you need to know its width.

So I did some internet research, and I don't think my chart would help at all since there are already so many tools that calculate the width for you.  This one was my favorite.

*Have you seen Friday Night Lights?  I discovered it on Netflix recently and I'm completely obsessed.  And I don't even like football!
